Cancellation Policy

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all services the day of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be used towards your total ticket price. For example, if you book $100 worth of services, $50 is due at the time of booking, and $50 is due on the day of your appointment. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. If you reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. However, if you want to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, unfortunately, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit must be paid for another appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Running Late? I totally understand things happen. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule. As a courtesy, I will email & text you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. I feel that it is only fair that I honor policies to my clients as well. If, for any reason, I have to cancel on a client less than 48 hours of the appointment scheduled; I will honor a discount on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of my hands (such as power outage, pipe burst, etc.) that require the salon to be closed during regular business hours, the discount will not apply. All sales are FINAL. That includes: Services, Products, and Extensions. Of course I want you to leave happy and have the hair of your dreams! If for any reason you are unhappy with the service received, you have 7 days to contact me, and I will fix the problem for you, free of charge, within reason.
